No. Each selected university may receive up to ₹1 crore in equivalent programme support across infrastructure credits, micro-grants, mentorship, ecosystem programmes, branding and administration. Support is performance-linked.
Yes. Institutions with domestic or international campuses may apply if they demonstrate a credible innovation ecosystem, effective governance and the capacity to deliver the 24-month programme.
The primary applicants are university incubators and TBIs. Startups and research teams will be selected through a joint university–Webyne evaluation process.
Allocation is based on validated infrastructure needs, programme plans, startup milestones, actual utilisation and periodic performance reviews.
